sailing
I learnt to sail when I was in middle-school or so in a summer sailing program at community boating. I mostly sailed on 15 ft cape cod mercurys, and also sailed on small keel boats (probably the rhodes 19).
I raced on a tartan 10 called the barking spider for about two years in san francisco with a guy named mike kearny.
Around august 2004 my first boat, a Santana 22. I sailed that in the San Francisco Bay for about one year, and then sold it after buying Thistledown, an Aries 32. I am currently attempting a circumnavigation of the world in Thistledown.
Links to pictures from my various sailing experiences are below (they are also available on the right, while navigating the sailing section of this page).
